12 Month Warranty

Amped & Co® warrants your new product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in accordance with recommendations and instructions where provided.

Please review the directions for use either included in the packaging box the item came in, and/or on the package of the product.

We will provide you with a replacement if your item becomes defective within the warranty period. This warranty will no longer apply when the defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect. This warranty applies to all products purchased directly from ampedandco.com or ampedandco.ca.

Valid Warranty Claims

When requesting a warranty claim, please provide proof of defect and video or photo evidence of damages or defects as soon as possible. Exchanges will only be generated, once approval is confirmed. 

Follow the steps below.

1. Click the link below to fill out the contact form. Select "Replacements" and "Warranty Claim" on the drop down menu.
2. Submit A Warranty Claim  

When you receive the email with your support ticket number, reply to the email as soon as possible with:

1. Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, invoice, etc)
2. Photos and/or videos of the defect or issue
3. Batch label number (found on the label on the back or bottom of the product)
4. Describe the reason for a warranty claim
