Orders placed on ampedandco.com and shipped outside of contiguous USA are considered international orders and final sale.
All international orders ship from USA by DHL Express Worldwide and arrive within 1-3 business days. Once an order has valid tracking, only DHL Express can provide customer service for order changes and delivery questions.

Additional Costs - Import Duty, Tax, and Fees
Each country has its own import duty and tax laws that are the responsibility of the recipient. Some countries have only import fees, some countries charge VAT, and some countries have additional duty charges. We do not know what your country's obligations are, DHL handles all import processing. Once your order has arrived in the country destination, DHL will either contact the phone number on the order to collect required import clearance fees before a delivery attempt is made, or request payment upon delivery.
All fees associated with international delivery and shipping are the responsibility of the recipient. If the fees are not paid, or DHL cannot make contact with the recipient, the order is returned to us. The return-to-sender (RTS) fees are charged back to the shipper, for this reason, we will not refund any RTS orders.
Ensure a valid phone number is used to place the order. Check your tracking number as soon as it ships and follow-up with DHL directly if you see any delays or holds.
Return-To-Sender (RTS) International Orders
Any RTS orders refused or issues with delivery, will not be refunded. At our discretion, we may decide to reship a returned RTS package for an additional shipping cost. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For contact or delivery address changes once the order ships, contact DHL Express directly. Only the recipient is able to make changes once a package is shipped with a valid tracking number - responsibility and ownership is transferred to the recipient.
All international orders are considered final sale. Amped & Co® will not be held liable for failed delivery attempts, RTS, import fees, chargebacks, shipping damages, or incorrect shipping information placed at the time of the order. In addition, the recipient is aware that items may arrive broken despite our best efforts to prevent shipping damage from occurring. DHL Express Worldwide is a guaranteed delivery service, please contact DHL customer service in your country to open lost or damaged shipping claims.
