Removing items from an order that has already shipped is not possible, we're sorry! We ship all orders before 2 pm EST Monday to Friday excluding holidays. It is possible that your order may have shipped even if you have not received your shipment confirmation.
If you just placed your order, we may be able to remove items for a refund or cancel your order, as long as it has not shipped. Contact us right away and we will do our best to assist.
Contact support by filling out the CONTACT US form and selecting "My Order" then "Changes" in the drop-down menu.
