Invoices are sent to the email address indicated in the order. The order confirmation email is your invoice.
If you have not received an order confirmation email after placing your order in our online store, please contact us. We can check for spelling errors, change the email address, and resend your order confirmation email.
Contact support by filling out the CONTACT US form and selecting "My Order" then "Where's My Order" in the drop-down menu.
Pricing is not included on packing slips. If you are purchasing a gift for someone, rest assured, the cost of the items will not appear in the package 📦 or on the packing slip . It will only be shown on your order confirmation email.
