If your return request is valid within our 30 day policy, please ensure the following conditions are met to be eligible for a qualified refund or exchange. (see the 30 Day Return Policy here)
- your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it in ✔️
- your item must be returned in new, sellable condition ✔️
- all parts and accessories are included ✔️
- you must ship the items being returned in a void-filled shipping box to avoid damage ✔️
A refund or exchange on an accepted return will be generated once the unused item has been received and processed back into inventory by our fulfillment center. An inspection is performed on every returned unit.
Unsellable, used, or damaged returns are ineligible and not returned to inventory. All disqualified returns are destroyed or donated. Please review best practices here: Packaging My Return
