Damages, Imperfections, and Defects
We guarantee all products to be free from defects in materials and functionality, providing a 12 month warranty period from the date of purchase. If your product stops working or malfunctions after using it, please see the help articles below to troubleshoot first.
Most of our products are partially handmade, which means there is always a possibility of slight imperfections. Especially with neon lights - each piece is handblown glass requiring many years of skill. With LED neon mounted on acrylic, each piece is cut and wired together to provide a seamless look.

Replacements for Manufacturing Defects
Amped & Co® will replace items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing, warranty claims, or shipping that is not covered under carrier insurance policies. Review the 12 Month Warranty.
Please review the troubleshooting articles for general information on how to resolve a technical issue. For example, real neon lights that partially light up have a few easy steps to resolve. If the troubleshooting does not resolve your issue, submit a warranty claim for replacement.
Real Neon Lights
All of our Neon Lights are handcrafted, each glass tube is hand-blown glass formed into shape, and the black parts of the glass tube are dipped or hand painted to block out light that isn't part of the design. Sometimes minor imperfections can be visible, however these should not affect the overall shape and design of the neon light. If you are concerned about the design quality view the help article here.
If you are experiencing a flickering, dim or partial light - please follow the simple steps to resolve before contacting us. This is common and normal with gas discharge lights, due to long periods of non-use and temperature or pressure changes. View How To Fix Gas Flow in Real Neon Lights

All LED lights should turn on and work perfectly after installation. If you are experiencing any trouble with the lighting please contact us with your order number, batch label number (or product code sticker) and photos of the product. Submit a request.
3D Illusion Lights have a plastic film on the acrylic that needs to be peeled off first. This film protects the acrylic from scratches.
For any other LED lights with damaged parts or defects please submit a warranty claim by filling out our contact form (click here to open a new window). Select "Replacements" then "Warranty Claim" on the drop down menu.
For all other products including Letter boards, Bluetooth speakers, or special limited edition items, either submit a shipping damage claim for new items, or open a warranty claim for used products within 12 months of your order date.
