We hope you love your purchase but sometimes things change, and we get that.
To request a return or exchange within 30 days of your order date please review the guidelines below then follow the steps to submit your return request.
Shipping Your Return
All returns must be authorized through customer support by following the instructions below (Submit a Return request). We will provide you with an RA (return authorization) number and return address instructions after submitting a return request.
Please note, in most cases the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We are able to provide pre-paid return labels for orders placed on ampedandco.com, deductible from the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A trackable shipping service is recommended, without proof of a return we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Receiving Your Return
A refund or exchange on an accepted return will be generated once the unused item has been received and processed back into inventory by our fulfillment center. Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing and a $2.95 per item restocking/inspection fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are applied within 7-10 business days of receiving the return. You will receive an email confirmation notifying you of the refund applied to the method used to purchase your order. Amped & Co® reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at their discretion that fall out of policy.
Amped & Co® is not responsible or liable for lost returns or items returned in open and/or used condition. Items that are not in resellable condition and cannot be returned to inventory are destroyed or donated.
Submitting a Return Request

- Review Shipping Your Return and Receiving Your return above
- Start your return request by filling out the form on the CONTACT US page
- Select RETURN (for refund) or EXCHANGE (for a new item) in the drop down menu.
- Select the type of order you are returning, enter your order number and reason for returning
