Learn how to pack and ship back your return properly to avoid damages.
Return Shipping Best Practices
Always ship your return in a shipping box that is void-filled with air pockets, bubble wrap, or material that prevents movement and protects the items.
Do's & Don'ts
DO use an outer shipping box and seal all open flaps
DO pack the shipping box with material (like air pillows or foam or bubble wrap or paper) to product the item inside from moving around
DO write your return authorization number in large print on the shipping box
DO print your shipping label and tape or seal in plastic on the shipping box
DO NOT cover the barcode on the shipping label, or place the barcode over box openings and bends
DO NOT secure the shipping label on the product packaging (must be on a shipping box)
DO NOT ship any items with damaged product packaging boxes (these returns will be denied)
DO NOT ship any broken or damaged items back (these returns will be denied, please review the Return Policy Guidelines)
Specifically Glass Neon Returns
If glass neon lights are not re-packaged perfectly, there is a possibility that your return will arrive broken from damage in transit. We limit the return policy to unused products. If any product is returned in unsellable condition we reserve the right to forfeit a refund. Please use the same shipping box, or if not possible, ensure the shipping box you choose is packed well with no room for movement when sending back a return. Void fill all empty spaces. Do not use too small of a shipping box. For all real neon returns, we recommend taking a photo showing the glass in the foam (not broken) prior to shipping. Please note, any returns shipped without a shipping box will not be accepted.
