If you forgot to enter a discount code before checking out, or received a promo code after you placed an order, unfortunately we can't apply it for you or reimburse once you have completed your order.
When you checkout, your payment is processed securely. The only option our customer support team has is to refund or cancel an order. If your order has already shipped, you would need to submit a return request and follow the steps to return your order for a refund then place a new order.
We apologize (because we're Canadians of course)! if you're reading this page we know you must be disappointed, but the good news is you can use your code for future orders, or gift it to a friend. If your code has an expiry date, please contact us to extend the date for you. In most cases we can do this, except during promotional periods (like Black Friday).
Speaking of Black Friday, every year during the "Cyber5" we hold our biggest sale of the year. We rarely ever have promotional periods or storewide sales, except for this weekend! Each year is different, and usually we do not announce it until the few days before. Sign up for our newsletter on the homepage or follow us on Instagram to get the inside scoop.
